We offer two types of services: Our standard on-site service is billed at an hourly rate based on time arrived and time departed. Our off-site service (recommended) with pickup and delivery of $20, which is billed as a flat fee to perform various jobs that take several hours on-site and are more cost effective for the consumer to perform them in our lab. Another benefit of our off-site service is we always make sure your computer is up to date on virus, anti-spyware and Microsoft updates and security patches before delivering it back to your company.
